It was a good ruck today, through these beautiful meadows. 3 miles was good for me with the time I had to work with.. I’m grateful for the world around me. -ᚱ

Got back from ruck a few hours ago.. it was a goody, kicked my ass. Traversed from the south valley up steep inclines and into the forest. Had to be careful on the decent not to roll an ankle. The Hogback was beautiful at sunset, the red sandstone contrasting against the muted greens and deep blue sky. Jorð is good. The Dirt is Sacred. I am the Dirt. -ᚱ
